In-house training is one of the best ways of achieving leadership development because the input is given in the context of the leader’s role and in a team and mentoring environment.

Our in-house courses are customised around the needs of the organisation and can be delivered to small groups of 2 or 3 to large teams of 20 or 30.

The session time and content is also developed on the needs and experience of the participants and varies from one-off one hour sessions to multiple day courses. In-house training is also very cost effective because there are generally no venue, catering and course material costs.
