As expert leadership researchers with extensive research infrastructure, the Australian Leadership Foundation is commissioned to conduct organisational and leadership research across companies and industries. As part of workshop and strategy sessions, surveys can be conducted of your staff, customers or any other key stakeholder group, and our team will then integrate the key findings into the presentation. It’s a cost effective way to conduct robust research and ensure your key stakeholders hear the research results.

Four steps to research-based workshops:

1. An initial briefing meeting with your team to find the key areas of research.

2. A methodologically robust online survey is deployed to your staff, and/or focus groups.

3. Our team delivers a keynote presentation or workshop with the results from the survey delivered to delegates.

4. A research summary, or the survey results are made available along with further input at strategy sessions as required.
